Your privacy matters

I respect your privacy and will always treat your personal information with care.

When you contact me or book a reflexology appointment, I may need to collect some basic information from you, such as your name, telephone number, email address and details relating to your appointment.

How I use your information
I use the information you give me simply to:

respond to your enquiries;
arrange and manage your appointments;
communicate with you about your appointments or treatments; and
keep the records I reasonably need to run my business and meet my legal obligations.
I don't collect personal information from other sources, and I don't actively look for or build up information about you from elsewhere.

Who sees your information?
I am a sole trader, so I handle your personal information myself.

I don't sell, rent or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

I may use trusted services such as my website provider, email provider or booking system to help me run my business. These services may process information on my behalf, but I will only use services that are appropriate for handling personal information.

I will only share your information with someone else where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as where I am legally required to.

How long do I keep your information?
I only keep your personal information for as long as I reasonably need it.

If you make an enquiry but don't become a client, I won't keep your information indefinitely. If you become a client, I may need to keep certain records for longer to meet my legal, insurance or professional obligations.

When information is no longer needed, I will securely delete or dispose of it.

If you have any questions about your personal information, please just ask.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your personal information has not been handled properly.
